Dear Sisters of Beta Sigma Phi

We are very excited to tell you that as of today, July 3rd 2009, we have brought the Website in house!

Our old hosting provider charged us hundreds of dollars for every single change we made to your website, which helps to explain the dated look and old, stagnant information and data, not to mention the occasional broken functionality.

Now we can begin the process of building for you a new website without worrying about the limitations from external forces.

Two changes already implemented are the Torch of Beta Sigma Phi being available online, and a brand new bulletin board forum! The new forum software requires all new members registering to be approved by the admin before they become members. We are sorry for this requirement, but we've already had non-members registering and posting to the boards during testing!

Since this website exists for you, we are asking that you share your ideas about what needs should be met with this upcoming redesign. Please register with the new forum and begin posting your ideas, or you can always email your Division Chairman with your ideas, and she will pass those along to the developers. We can't wait to hear your ideas!

The next thing to be developed is a new online payment processing service for renewals and new members. Look for that to be brought online before the end of July. Developers are also working with the Gifts department to bring the catalogue back online along with a shopping cart to allow you to make purchases. Please watch the Announcements board in the forums for new postings, you don't need to register to read the forums. We will post to the forums as we update the website and bring new functionality online.
